• Writing preliminary outlines by Tue 3-7-2012 (modified to 4-7).
• Writing proposal first draft by mid of July.

• I had delivered the proposal outline
• We agreed on writing the first draft of the proposal by the 18th of July. The additions in the first draft are expected to be mainly expanding sections that discuss the background.

• I had delivered thesis first draft.
• Discuss some possibilities for relevant applications “Molecular Dynamics”

Meeting on Wed 8-8-2012 with Dr. Rio

• Discussing the possibility of applying parallel time integrators on molecular dynamics applications.
