Accomplishments

1. More writing to the many-stage RK time integrators for SD
2. Fix calculation of principal error norm in RK-opt
3. Generate new ERK schemes for SD
4. 1D SD code with limiter for advection/Burgers equation (+ initial testing). It has been already given to Zoltan and his group.
